How to order?
We currently ship to the UK and accept orders via online, by phone and by email.
Payment Methods
Uk buyers
1 – Paypal (credit cards clear straight away and e-checks take from 2-10 days to clear. We will post after an e-check has cleared) (*please note a small charge of £4 is applied to cover fee's)
2 – Personal or company cheques (order is processed once payment has cleared)
3 – Bank transfer
4 – Cash (sent at buyers discretion)

When will my order be posted/shipped?
We do try to accommodate urgent requests, please call or email if rquired for a specific date. The products come fully assembled unless otherwise stated and is delivered by courier to UK mainland addresses, requiring a signature. Please allow up to 28>35 days for delivery (usually much sooner- please call or email for current time scales). If you prefer, you can arrange your own collection from Cotton, Nr Stowmarket.
Postage costs
You will see the postage charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online. If organising your own collection simply tick collection and fill in box.
